Sorry for the late posts guys… been running around lately on a wild gamble while juggling my personal creatives, contracts and more… 

It's been a tough run, and I'm not sure it's all going to pay off… but hey, that's life eh? Win some, loose some :D

Recently I've been enthralled by Brooke Shaden's levitation photography and decided that I'd try to give it a go for a commercial shoot that I was hired to do by Annick Levesque. The whole thing turned out great and although we totally shot over the planned time frame, I think the results were pretty well worth it!

Lately been running out of hard drive space (like usual) and turns out I have shots from months back still waiting to be edited! 

Really liked this one for no obvious reason… maybe because there's nothing happening. Or because there's something happening in the nothingness. Odd =]

Me attempting a different style of processing… intially I wanted to do something awesome à la "Kim Akrigg" but turns out that I'm just not made for it haha. Or I chose the wrong image to play around with.

It's nice to have a plan B. 
A way out in case things don't go as planned…
since they never do.

Often times as not though, when we need that plan B, we can't seem to find our way to it.

First photoshoot in Vancouver! We were supposed to head out to take photos outdoors an abandonned location but that plan failed since we had such an amazing time taking shots in the hotel and it was too late to go outside by then haha.

Through the superb power of the internet I managed to gather together gorgeous model (as you can see) Kelsey Harker with superb Black-Haired face features, Chelsea Mandziuk doing the stunning makeup (also known as the Eyebrow Killer Extraordinaire which you will see soon enough) and Rhi Yee on the hair doing an absolutely fantastic job to make the hair stand out like never before. Finally, Chris Mah and Ferdi came to assist from the Vancouver Strobist group! <3 having extra hands!

We limit our desires and ambitions by setting up virtual walls and barriers of "can't" and "impossible".

And what if we let ourselves dream for once? What doors would open then?

About 10 hours of photoshop into this one again! Sorry for not putting up more shots… I've been trying to pay more attention to the small details in my shots.

My attempt to join Fashion with Conceptual work. This is the first time I got the team together to do a custom bodypainting job with an airbrush! Although we had budgeted 2 hours to get the bodypainting done, it ended up taking about 6-7 making the shoot last a whoppin' total of 8 hours!

I hope you like the end result! A Behind the Scenes video by Eva Jinn Productions will soon be available!
