I am glad to have had the opportunity to photograph the second conference hosted by RAESSUM from the University of Montreal by Dr. Simon Turcotte that presented a conference on the subject of : "If the privatisation of health care system in Quebec is not a solution, which changes should be bring to the current health system?"
